We are a community of believers in the heart of Cayce, SC whose goal is to glorify God, love our community, and share the love of Christ with the world. We are a church that seeks to be a part of the community and be known as a place hope can be found in the finished work of Christ.

We believe glorifying God means to acknowledge His greatness and give Him honor by praising and worshiping Him in every area of our life (1 Corinthians 10:31). We believe that God is the Creator of all that exists, and that he himself has existed eternally in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 64:8; Matthew 3:16-17, 28:19; John 16:7-15; Hebrews 1:2-3). We believe that God created us to worship him and give him glory (Isaiah 43:7, 21; Psalm 96:9; Matthew 4:10). We believe that sin has kept us from knowing God and worshipping him but that Jesus died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sin, was physically resurrected, and now offers a restored relationship with God to all who believe in him (John 3:16; Acts 2:22-39; Romans 3:21-24). We believe that salvation is a free gift given at God’s initiative and must be received personally by faith (John 5:24; Romans 10:9-10; Ephesians 2:8-9). We believe the Bible to be God’s Word, a true and fully accurate account of God’s love for us. Its purpose is to teach us how to have a relationship with him, worship him, and bring him glory.

So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
— 1 Corinthians 10:31

We believe growth in our relationship with Christ Jesus occurs when we actively seek to become better equipped through God’s Word. The process includes studying it, praying through it, and being obedient to it through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Grow in the grace and knowledge of your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.
— 2 Peter 3:18

We believe that as we love Jesus more through our relationship with Him, the next step is to share His love with others. We actively and intentionally seek to meet needs in order to share the gospel both in our community and around the world.

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.  And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.
— Matthew 28:19-20
